Wild Thing

We finally had the chance to see why Veal has the label of being wild.

His line today:

1 ip, 0 hits, 4 bb, 1 wp, 1 balk, 2 er

From eyewitness accounts, he was bad.  Real bad.  The supposed heat was not there.

One good thing that did come of the outing, he lasted the entire inning.  While not pretty, he recovered after a horrendous start.  He seemed to lose his cool after the balk and wild pitch, but figured out a way to get out of the inning without completely collapsing by giving up a hit that would have compounded a bad outing to disastrous.

If nothing else, we know what entrance music will play when he enters the game.
