Post Gazette is reporting the Pirates have acquired infielder Cesar Izturis from the Cubs for a PTBNL.
BTW Take:
The story says to plan on a trade of Jack Wilson. We can only hope.
I am more concerned with the PTBNL. Last time we traded with the Cubs, we got scrubs and sent a windfall their way. I have learned to fear the PTBNL when DL is involved.
