As for the postgame concerts: I was in Cincinnati for a Bucs-Reds game in September and they had something similar, I do believe. I'm not sure how the Bucs are planning on running theirs, but Cincy's wasn't that bad. Anything to sell more tickets.
It is a combo red and black pinstripe. I figure the two tone shirt under it fading from red to black. Maybe red to yellow!!!!
